| Any other thing you would like others to know | I am a marine scientist and educator with a Ph.D. living in Rockvile, MD. My wife and son are Israeli and I use to live in Eilat. The pandemic has been extremely difficult for all of us, especially on our children's education. As such, I wanted to offer my assistance as a highly qualified tutor in the area. I have extensive experience tutoring all math disciplines, as well as natural sciences. I have worked with students of all ages and taught in all sorts of settings. I am also aware that teaching is more than just knowing a topic, but requires reaching students on a personal level, inspiring them, and helping them find the joy in learning. I have been successful with this in the past and look forward to helping your child thrive. Please let me know if you have a student that could benefit from my help. My minimum rate is $70 per hour. I am available in person (pending CDC guidelines) and virtually. Email me at dave090@gmail.com or call me (240-544-8241) to set up a consultation. I look forward to working with you and your student. |
