| Any other thing you would like others to know | UTORING APPROACH I appreciate that each student has their own unique strengths, goals, and learning style, which I would take into consideration when preparing and delivering each session. Initially, I create a list of areas included in the specification and ask the students to identify areas of improvement to ensure each session is as beneficial as possible. Usually, I begin by introducing the concept and then examples. To consolidate their understanding of the topic I then launch an activity, for example, practice questions. I also provide additional resources to support their progress between sessions. |
